Your orders are processed within 2 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
In the event of high volume orders or any delay in processing you will receive an email stating any possible delays.
Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates
For calculated shipping rates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
We offer $5.99 flat rate shipping to Canada.
Countries outside of Canada have a flat rate shipping is $8.99
Local pickup Available !
You can skip the shipping fees with free local pickup We offer local pickup, send us an email us at info.berriblossoms@gmail.com to inquire about pick up locations around the GTA. . After placing your order and selecting local pickup at checkout, your order will be prepared and ready for pick up within 2 to 3 business days. We will send you an email when your order is ready along with instructions.
International Shipping
We offer international shipping !
If you’re using calculated shipping rates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Depending on your country, it may take anywhere from 8 to 20 days to Process, Ship and Receive your product.
Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Berri Blossoms Co. is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.
How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your order within 8 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at info.berriblossoms@gmail.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
Refunds, returns, and exchanges
All returns must be processed within 30 days of receiving your order and require proof of purchase (e.g. your order number, order confirmation email/ receipt, etc).
Refunds are processed on unused, undamaged products only. Please mail your items to our PO Box in its original packaging and ensure that the shipment is carefully packed, as we're unable to process refunds on items that arrive broken.
Refunds are applied to returned product only and do not cover any original shipping fees. As a small, growing business, we are currently unable to pay for return shipping. Thank you for understanding !
