The Only Way Out is Through. (Mental Health Awakening)
Most people are so concerned with the bills and work that they don’t even notice their mentally stability fade away. Sometimes you may even wake up one day and notice, you just not okay. You may be stuck thinking who, what, and when did this all happen ? How did I get here? Now you are stuck retracing yourself to find that trigger, that straw that broke the camel's back, that needle in the haystack.
Mental wellness is very important and when ignored it can show you, why it is a force to be reckoned with. The only way out is through. No you can’t avoid it, no you can’t walk around it. One day it just all catches up. It's important to note that not everyone goes through it but it a lot more common than you think.
Try to not let it bury you, fight through the maze seek help and walk through it with triumph. Be dedicated to your mental health like you are to that 9-5 that business, those friends, those projects.
Instead of playing catch up when you feel like your drowning start now, make a plan. Track you moods, find out the things that bring you never ending joy, read that book, watch that show, and take those vacation days. All the obligations you have, all those people you love, events you need to plan, shifts you need to work all I have one thing in common, and that’s you! You will need you to complete them. If you plan your life around consistently factoring in your mental wellness and stability you can catch the inconsistency and find out ways to remedy them.
Mental Wellness can come through taking care of your physical health and engaging in activities that bring you happiness and peace!
Strive to engage in at least some of these activities weekly :
